Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return, email info@ezwore.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, stating your intent for a refund or exchange. For exchanges, we’ll first check if the desired size is available.

• Required Information: Provide your order number, a summary (including images if possible), original packaging, tags, logos, and relevant details about product usage.
• Exchanges: Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund. Items returned without original tags or packaging will not qualify for refunds.
• Shipping Charges: If the product is returned without a valid reason, shipping charges will apply.
• Customized Products: Custom-made jackets are non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically to your request.
