Our shipping policy is designed to keep you fully informed from the moment you place your order to the moment your jacket arrives at your door. Every order we dispatch moves through a trusted, trackable logistics network so you always know exactly where your jacket is.

Free Shipping

Ezwore offers free shipping on all standard orders worldwide. Here is what your delivery timeline looks like under our free shipping option.

Handling Time: 8 to 9 business days (Monday through Saturday). Transit Time: 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Saturday). Total Estimated Delivery: 10-12 business days (Monday through Saturday)

During the handling time, we are working on the processing of your order in our team. After a final check for quality, the jacket is delivered from our warehouse. Once dispatched, your chosen courier partner carries it to your door within the transit window above.

Ezwore works exclusively with the world's most reliable courier networks to ensure your order reaches you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Our delivery partners include DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Skynet.

Once your order ships, Ezwore sends your tracking number directly to your registered email address. You can use that number on your courier's website at any time to check your delivery status.

Ezwore ships to customers across every major region worldwide including the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Gulf region, Pakistan, Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond. Customs Duties & Regional Charges

Ezwore covers free shipping for all customers, but we would like to remind you that your country or region can impose customs duties, import taxes or regional tariffs upon arrival.

We kindly advise customers to make sure they know the import regulations of their country before ordering the products to avoid surprising charges when they receive your packages.

Shipping Delays

Ezwore does our best to fulfill all the shipping time estimates that we publish. However, courier services can experience occasional delays due to weather conditions, holidays, peak shipping periods or other circumstances which are beyond anybody's control.

Shipping address mistakes

Please verify your delivery address meticulously before you check out your order. If the parcels are returned to us due to mistakes of incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided during check out, any and all charges to ship them again will be borne by the customer.
