Return Policy

Return or Exchange Policy:

If you need a return, initiate the process by emailing info@ezwore.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the email, specify whether you are requesting a return or an exchange. For exchanges, we will confirm the availability of the correct size. Products can only be returned within 20 days after your order has been received.

Conditions: 
Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Additional information, including pictures
  • Price tags
  • Any other relevant details about the product's use to help us identify any potential faults

Refund Method: 

Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will proceed with the exchange if the chosen item is in stock. If not, a return will be issued. We reserve the right to restrict processing returns if we determine that the returned item violates our policies. 

Return Shipping: 

Applicable shipping charges will be deducted if you wish to return a product without a valid reason. 

Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours. If the cancellation occurs within this time frame, we will return the full balance to your account.
