Return Policy

Unresponsive Customers

If a shipment delay occurs because of a lack of response from your side, and you later request a cancellation, only 50% of your payment is refundable. If the parcel delivers successfully despite the absence of confirmation, and we communicated the situation to you beforehand, Ezwore will not process a refund or return request.

Size and fit problems

The company states that you must notify them of any problems regarding size or fit within 24-48 hours after delivery. Should you receive the wrong size, but our size chart corresponds to what the size tag states, Ezwore will not allow returns.

Damaged/Missing Orders

Should your jacket arrive in a damaged or defective condition due to shipping or other causes, Ezwore requests that you contact us with clear photographs of the damage within 24-48 hours of receipt. Should your item be lost in transit, Ezwore will either ship a replacement item or locate the original one for you, at no extra charge.

20 Days Return and Exchange Policy

Ezwore offers a straightforward return policy within 20 days. For inquiries, contact us via email, and a customer support representative will respond within 24 hours. Returns will not be accepted after the 20-day period. Please contact Ezwore with all returns/exchanges within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original, unused state and with all tags still attached and undamaged. As an alternative, US customers may ship their items back themselves to Ezwore, and will be reimbursed fully once the quality control department has inspected the item.

Custom Order Terms

Ezwore does not offer any refunds or exchanges on custom-made items. All custom items will include extra charges agreed upon by the customer before ordering. Once your custom jacket has gone into production, there is no changing, canceling, or refunding this custom order.

Refused Deliveries/Undeliverable Shipments

Ezwore is not responsible if any parcel that has been rejected or was unattempted by you gets destroyed, rerouted, or lost. If your package has been returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any reshipping charges.

Refund Process

All refunds will first be approved by our quality control department prior to payment processing. Payments are either returned to the method of original payment or, in certain cases, to an alternative method confirmed by the customer.
