If you need a refund, initiate the process by emailing info@ezwore.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In the email, specify whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange. For exchanges, we will confirm the availability of the correct size.
Products can only be returned within 20 days after your order has been confirmed. Please provide the following information:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will proceed with the exchange if the chosen item is in stock. If not, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to restrict processing returns if we determine that the returned item violates our policies. Refunds will only be issued if the tag is included with the package when it reaches us.
Applicable shipping charges will be deducted if you wish to return a product without a valid reason. Customized apparel, made upon specific request, cannot be returned.
If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request within 24 hours. If the cancellation occurs within this timeframe, we will refund the full balance to your account.
