Ezwore offers a straightforward return policy within 20 days. For inquiries, contact us via email, and a customer support representative will respond within 24 hours. Returns will not be accepted after the 20-day period.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return, email info@ezwore.com within 24 hours of receiving the item, stating your intent for a refund or exchange. For exchanges, we’ll first check if the desired size is available.

Required Information: Provide your order number, a summary (including images if possible), original packaging, tags, logos, and relevant details about product usage.

Exchanges: Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund. Items returned without original tags or packaging will not qualify for refunds.

Shipping Charges: If the product is returned without a valid reason, shipping charges will apply.

Customized Products: Custom-made jackets are non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically to your request.
Defective Product
If you believe you have received a faulty item or the incorrect product, email us within 24 hours at info@ezwore.com. To facilitate a refund or exchange, provide your order number, pictures of the product, and any other relevant details. Faulty products due to manufacturing defects or material issues will be replaced if necessary.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations within this timeframe will result in a full refund to your account. However, if a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Cancellation Before Arrival or During Shipping: If the order is canceled while in transit, a 25% fee plus shipping charges will apply.
